Wakefield Bathrooms was formed in September 2003 by Martin Osborne and his wife Laura in a small industrial lockup in Horbury Bridge, Wakefield. The aim was quite simple back then, offer people bathrooms at affordable prices with excellent customer service, we even had the slogan “where service matters” and we really did stick to this, and still do to this day. We aren’t a business without our customers, and we will never forget this, Martin’s brother Craig Osborne joined the business and helped increase our sales and general day to day running of the business.  In 2006 we made the big decision to move shop to a more prominent retail position, we found the shop we really liked and wanted to make the move, this was a huge step for us as the rent quadrupled overnight, this is when we started displaying more branded bathrooms and investing even further into our business. This proved to be a great decision and taught us so much about longevity and quality of the bathroom goods, a hard lesson was learnt in the early days, but we wouldn’t change a thing. After seven great years at Queen Street in Ossett, we were on the move again, we had a couple of problems with parking and space so we needed to rectify this, we found some new premises in Ossett (known as the old fancy dress shop) with a prominent road side display window and our own parking, here we share the studio with our sister company ‘Kitchens by Design’ and we are still here to this day and will be for years to come.

We take care of everything from start to finish, this means all you have to do is relax and enjoy the final result of your new bathroom purchase, the process is quite simple and if you are happy to let us do what we do best then it really can be a smooth process. We really do take care of everything from start to finish, we will come out and measure, turn this into a design after getting a few simple ideas from you on colour, functions and style. Once everything is chosen, we will program the work to start using our in-house team of bathroom installers; plumbing, tiling, joinery, electrics, plastering and decorating are all taken care of by us.

A lot of our bathroom products come with much more than 12 months, and we do offer 5, 10 years and lifetime guarantee on some of the ranges.
